Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking whenever available.
Tracking information is typically provided within 24–72 hours after shipment. Once available, customers can monitor the progress of their order through the carrier's tracking system.
Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery and product availability, orders may occasionally be shipped from different fulfillment centers.
As a result, items purchased in the same order may arrive separately. When this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
The Lady Place cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries
While we work with trusted logistics partners, shipping delays can occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, please contact our support team so we can investigate the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier after investigation, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Unclaimed Packages
If a package cannot be delivered and is held at a local pickup point, customers are responsible for collecting it within the timeframe specified by the carrier.
Failure to collect the package may result in the order being returned to the sender. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
